| Anyone considering a real estate
purchase in one of the 17 school districts and 44 towns that make up
Southeastern NH will find this site helpful. Susan Roe has gathered
information from the towns, the state, and history books to provide you with
a central reference site.
The Town Statistics section came directly from New Hampshire's state government. Each town's data is listed under its school district for easy comparison. Each column represents 13 pages taken directly from the State of New Hampshire. This section covers; ages, population growth, medium income, medium home price, property tax rates, services provided and more in a printable format for easy comparison. The Community Profiles section provides a short write-up on each town along with contact information a new resident will require for utilities, telephone, Cable TV and town offices. In the Real Estate section, Paul explains Agency (required by NH Law) in order for you to understand how you are represented in a real estate transaction. You will find sections on showing a home, pre-qualifying, selling suggestions, a featured home, and a variety of other topics that may be of interest to you. The Search MLS section allows you to do a direct search on the Seacoast MLS (Multiple Listing Service). |
