restored Opera House offers cultural activities. Rochester celebrates an
annual Lilac Family fun Festival in the spring offering activities for
families, a summer festival at the Rochester Commons, a Fourth of July
celebration complete with activities and fireworks. The Rochester Fair -
an agricultural fair held in the fall and a holiday parade have been
attracting visitors for over 120 years.
