Rochester, NH is known as the Lilac City. Rochester is located in southeastern New Hampshire. Rochester is the largest city in the seacoast region and the states fifth largest. Rochester is ideal for business and its 29,000 residents alike covering over 46 square miles of rolling hills and rivers (Cocheco, Salmon Falls & Isinglass).  A transportation hub located on routes 11, 108, 125, 202 and Route 16, the Spalding Turnpike. Rochester is an easy commute to the seacoast beaches, ski resorts, mountains, Pease International Trade Port, Boston's Logan Airport, Manchester's International Airport and Portland's International Jetport. Rochester is on the Northcoast rail line and close to the Port of Portsmouth. 

The recently restored Opera House offers cultural activities. Rochester celebrates an annual Lilac Family fun Festival in the spring offering activities for families, a summer festival at the Rochester Commons, a Fourth of July celebration complete with activities and fireworks. The Rochester Fair - an agricultural fair held in the fall and a holiday parade have been attracting visitors for over 120 years.
